Heer Mützen Abzeichen. It is constructed out of a machine embroidered grey, emerald green cotton, black white and red thread to a green rayon backing. The obverse features an army eagle with outstretched wings clutching a wreathed swastika in its talons above a tri-color cockade, which all lies on a on a emerald green trapezoid backing and a rectangular green background. It measures 3 3/16 inches wide by 2 1/16 inches tall.
