Japan, WWII - Army Officer’s Canteen. It is constructed out of an aluminum base that is covered in a worn multi-piece olive drab colored canvas material. The front features four snaps, the sides have stitched-on leather reinforcement parts to hold the full shoulder strap. The strap has both rectangle aluminum adjustments loops. The twist on aluminum drinking cup remains as does the the cork cap.
