Tagged, Third Pattern - Deutsche Jungvolk Schulterklappe für Jungbann 83 – Kassel by RZM A4/23 - Walter Heß of Annaberg. They are constructed out of a black rayon obverse with white stitching that are piped in black rayon string with a black wool backing that have all been stitched together. The obverses feature the Jungbann number “83” (Kessel). The reverses each have a glued on RZM paper tag. They each measure 4 5/16 inches long by 7/8 of an inch wide.
