Luftwaffe Fliegerbluse für einen Gefreiter der Fliegertruppe mit Hose und Hosenträger. It is constructed out of a tailor-made blue-grey wool material with a grey satin/artificial silk lining. It features five (four large, one smaller to the top) black bakelite buttons to the front, with two waist pockets that have straight flaps and are each secured with a steel blue grey painted pebbled button and straight cuffs. The collar has a steel hook/eye closure. The underside of the collar has three black bakelite buttons and a cloth tab. The insignia consists of: two Gefreiter rank (two gulls to each) flight personnel (yellow) tabs, a pair of enlisted flight personnel (yellow piped) slip-on shoulder boards each secured with an aluminum blue-grey painted pebbled button, a hand stitched-on machine embroidered 2nd pattern Luftwaffe breast eagle, a cloth paratrooper badge and a Gefreiter rank chevron to the arm. The interior has: a hanger loop to the collar, seven small black bakelite buttons (three to the collar, two to the top chest, and three for each pocket), two adjustable belt ramp straps, two breast pockets and a first aid kit pocket. The left pocket is sized with black ink markings reading: “RBNr.”, “0/9550/0134” and “39 43 90 60 53”. The tunic shows a modest amount of even wear. Included are the breeches and suspenders. The breeches are constructed out of a tailor-made blue-grey wool material with a white and grey twill weave cotton lining. It features 16 brown buttons for the pockets, suspenders, crotch and waist. The reverse has two flaps, a steel based black enamel painted dual-claw buckle. The interior is marked: “76 78 109 94” and “LBA 38”. There is mothing throughout the breeches. The y-shaped suspenders look great with only one fray to the reverse leather. Overall, this is a nice quality uniform.
