Tagged - SS EM/NCO Tropical Sleeve Eagle
Tagged, 2nd Pattern - Tropen SS-Ärmelhoheitsabzeichen, c.1942-45, by RZM A4/387 - Wentzel Wilhelm of Breslau. It is constructed out of a BeVo woven tan and black cotton thread to a black rayon base. The obverse features an SS open winged eagle, clutching a wreathed swastika in its talons on a black rectangular backing. The reverse features a glued-on paper tag with black ink that is numbered and maker marked RZM A4/387. A piece is torn to the bottom corner. It measures 4 1/4 inches wide by 2 5/16 inches tall.
