Deutsche Reichsbahn Signale Kragenspiegel für Reichsbahn Arbeiter - Pay Groups 12-17 for the left-side of the closed collar service tunic. It is constructed out of a tan lacquered thick cardboard base that is covered in a glued-on black felt with a yellow and black hand embroidered cellon/rayon stitching surrounded by dual twisted black rayon and yellow (signals) rolled bullion piping. The reverse shows the cardboard base to the center, that is surrounded by the folded over black wool covering. It measures 3 3/16 inches wide by 1 3/4 inches tall.
