Two HJ Tinnies - 1. Fest der Jugend Juni 1933
Left: 1. Fest der Jugend 24. Juni 1933 Abzeichen. It is constructed out of a die stamped bronze base that has been silver washed. The shield shaped obverse features, from top to bottom: an eagle with outstretched wings above a camp fire above “1. Fest Der Jugend 24. Juni 1933” and a rising swastika sun. The hollow back reverse features a vertically soldered-on tombak pin assembly that remains in well working condition. It measures 1 3/16 inches wide by 1 13/16 inches tall.
Right: 1. Fest der Jugend Juni 1933 Abzeichen. It is constructed out a die stamped tombak base, that has been gold gilded. The oval shaped obverse features an HJ flag bearer, with a crowd of flag bearer adolescent HJ boys (left) and BDM girls (right) behind him, an arched “1. Fest der Jugend - Juni 1933” arched to the top and a HJ flag to the bottom. The hollow back reverse has a soldered-on stickpin. It measures 1 3/16 inches wide by 1 9/16 inches tall.
