NSRKB Member of the Advisory Board Armband

NS-RKB Mitglieter der Beirats Ärmelbinde (c. 1938-1945). This would have been worn by members of the NS-Reichskriegerbund (WWI veterans’ organization). It is constructed out of a dark blue wool base with a stitched-on machine embroidered insignia. The obverse features a centrally placed stitched on NS-RKB emblem, which consists of: an encircled black Iron Cross on a red shield above a horizontal silver tress strip all on a dark blue rectangular backing. The reverse is not stitched to size. The top and bottom have been folded over and stitched together. It measures 7 ¼ inches wide by 3 ½ inches tall. Nice.
