Army Dagger by Eickhorn
Here we have the rare 3rd pattern Eickhorn Model 1935 Army Dagger (Heer Dolch). The blade on this one is Exc++. There is some scratches toward the tip. Nothing else to say. The etched squirrel “Original Eickhorn Solingen” manufacturers mark is crisp. The tip and fit are perfect. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The steel based plated Eickhorn scabbard has light wear and remains undented. It provides good detail with the random pebbling throughout. The original throat retaining screw continues to remain intact and unturned. The zinc-alloy based, plated crossguard provides beautiful detail. The pommel and ferrule are also beautifully detailed. The orange trylon grip on this one has is damage-free. Beautifully patinaed all matching example.
