If you?re a bird watcher, you can’t leave home without this! These binoculars are made out of aluminum, brass, glass, leather and bakelite. There are 14 screws which all remain intact. The leather covering is frail and can be easy broken off. It is marked ?Dienstglas 6X30 200084 cxn +? for the maker, size, serial number, manufacturer: Emil Busch (which I believe is still in business, that's when you know they make quality!) and a ?+? which is the lubricant sign. The binoculars are also marked ?811408? and ?Y 185 E88?. All of the components move easily. The brown leather case looks good! There are several scratch marks throughout. It is stamped ?I? and ?Busch? to the top. The cotton carrying strap and all of the stitching remains intact. A cool piece if you ask me!
