Restored Hitler Youth Knife by RZM M7/62
Here's a nice restored example! The "RZM M7/62" (Friedrich Plucker Jr, Solingen-Grafrath) maker marked blade on this one looks great! There is minor spotting throughout, yet the tip is perfect, the fit is nice and tight and the crossgrain looks great! It has been cleaned. The blade on this one rates Exc+/Exc++. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The black scabbard has been re-finished and re-painted. It is in near perfect condition, retains 100% paint coverage and remains completely dent free! The brown and black leather has been replaced. It is in perfect shape with a well working plastic snap. The nickel plated hilt on this one is in excellent shape 98% of its plating remains intact! The black checkered celluloid grip plates remain in perfect condition! The HJ diamond looks awesome retaining 100% of its enamel with a wee split in it. Overall a nice re-conditioned piece! If you can live with the restoration you have found yourself an excellent knife at a fraction of the price!
