Nice Luft Clasp! We have here a worn Luftwaffe Silver Short Range night Fighter Clasp! The medal is a die struck, two piece zinc based clasp with blackened upwards arrow. The obverse depicts a blackened, upward pointing ?flying arrow?, surrounded by an black painted oak leaf wreath above a swastika, with nine oak leaves to each side. The reverse shows the correct crimped flat wire catch, tombac hinge and coke bottle pin along with a rivet. It has the correct width and height measurements. This one has lost most it's finish and only retains about 10% of it's black paint on the wreath. Purchased from Vet’s immediate family by me.
