Julius Bodenstein, Steinbach Kr.M.
The Julius Bodenstein, Messerfabrik/Stahlwarenfabrik, company of Steinbach Kreis Meiningen, traces its blacksmithing prior to 1900. During the Third Reich, Bodenstein manufactured early era SA/NSKK daggers. No other daggers are known to have been made. Come January 1, 1938, Julius Bodenstein partnered with his son Otto. The factory was demolished and the company likely ceased trading after the war.
